Running UX and CxD Workshops

As part of the Conversation Design Institute’s mission to up-skill conversation designers worldwide, I have had the privilege of planning and leading numerous workshops for major clients (company names available upon request).

Many companies enroll their employees in CDI certification programs and purchase workshops tailored to their specific chatbot needs. The first workshop I led was for a top tech company, where I trained two global teams on conversation design fundamentals over eight weeks. Since then, I have conducted workshops for leading banks in the UK and North America, as well as a renowned consumer product giant. In addition to teaching conversation design fundamentals, I have covered topics such as how to build a strong persona and how to design for more complex and difficult journeys. 

 

These workshops have not only up-skilled team members but also resulted in the creation of persona and tone-of-voice documentation that the teams have adopted. Additionally, they have led to long-term conversation design projects for CDI with several clients.
